PAYMENT
There is a £50 deposit due (non-returnable) upon confirmation of your order, with the balance due upon delivery of the Spit Roast Machine to your venue. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, sent or delivered to 15A Higham Road, Wainscott, Rochester, Kent ME3 8BE. Cheques made payable to M Greenfield.

INSTRUCTIONS
Order the pig through us from our local recommended butcher, who will spike the pig and deliver to your door. You can of course use your own butcher if you prefer. We will meet with the butcher at the venue and set it up for you. All you have to do is sit and watch the pig cook. Simple - Job Done !!

PLEASE NOTE: MACHINES MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED WHILST COOKING IS IN PROGRESS.

CLEANING SERVICE
There is a charge of £25.00 for cleaning.

A full pig works out at approximately £220 which will feed 200 people (approx). 1/2 pig will cost around £120 and feed 100 people (approx). A quarter pig will cost around £75 and feed 50 people (approx). (Prices correct at time of writing).            

HOW LONG TO COOK?

Full pig        -        7hrs    (approx)
Half pig        -        4-5hrs (approx)
Quarter pig  -         4hrs    (approx)

PIG SIZE
Pick the size of the Pig to suit the size of the party.
Don't forget your flour baps and apple sauce !
 

OTHER MEATS
Remember that it doesn't HAVE to be a "Hog" Roast - You may prefer something a little different, Beef, Lamb, Wild Boar, or Venison for example.

 

NEED A CHEF ?
We can also supply an experienced Chef in traditional Chef's outfit for your event for £120.00. He will cook the pig for you, carve the meat and place on trays ready for serving. Disposable silver trays to be provided by the client. He will stay with you for the duration of the cooking and carving. We can also provide floured baps and apple sauce.
